NEW IN: An 18th-century, upholstered Louis XVI Bergère chair, having a mounded and fluted, stained beech show-wood frame. All measurements are approximate – H91cm, W70cm. Height of seat (inc. cushion) 55cm, depth of seat 52cm. Small repair to internal rear seat tacking rail.

Scottish carved Chippendale period mahogany armchair with drop-in upholstered seat having an inverted thistle in the splat.

A very small versatile George III rosewood davenport  height 80 cm width 37cm depth 48 cm seated on it's original brass box casters.

A fine late 18th century oval mahogany George III original lead-lined wine cooler on its original stand having four turned, tapered, reeded legs, ring-turned with styalized acanthus brass banded handles and original casters .Length 67 cm x depth 47cm x height 62 cm.

A small  George III rosewood banded, boxwood strung, fiddle back, mahogany breakfast table raised on a four splay stem with original brass box casters and catch.

A late 18th century continental carved gilt wood wall bracket, width 25cm.  x height 29cm. x depth 23cm.

A rare George III  break-front mahogany gentlemans press circa 1770 having the unusual feature of a full length door to the left side facing.

A Late 18th Century, George III, English, serpentine chest of drawers in the style of Gillows, veneered in West Indian satinwood. The top drawer having an internal brushing slide. The top lock is inscribed in ink E.S.Pierce, written we consider at the time of construction circa. 1785.

NEW IN: 

Shortly to be added to our list is a fine late 18th century, satin wood tambour topped cylinder desk. Finished as a free standing desk having candle slides on the side, the whole inlaid and banded in mahogany box and ebony with ivory nobs to the internal draws. Raised on brass box castors with brass ring handles to the draws, much of this piece is made of solid West Indian satin wood, the rest from mahogany beech and oak.
